Open Credits in your studio. Each pack shows its remaining credits and expiry date, and Purchase history includes used-up, expired and refunded packs. Packs expire one year after payment. The oldest purchased pack is used first; buying another pack does not extend older packs.

Use the same email address you used before. For an email code, check your spam folder and use the newest code. Studio invitations work only with the email address they were sent to.

Check My artworks before starting again. If generation fails, reserved credits are returned. If you closed the page, come back after ten minutes and refresh to check the result.

Check that you selected the studio you purchased credits for, then refresh. Payment confirmation can take a moment. Avoid paying again while a purchase is pending. Keep your payment receipt if you need help.

The owner, members and workshop guests share 100 places. Pending invitations do not reserve places; a place must be available when someone new accepts. Buying credit packs does not add places. An invitation lasts 7 days and only works for its email address. A new invitation replaces the earlier pending link for that email.

Only the owner buys credits and transfers ownership. Owners and admins manage members and workshops. Members create within their credit limits, and everyone's artwork library stays private. Limits include credits already used or reserved, including workshops, and remain subject to the studio's available balance. Changing a limit or re-inviting someone does not reset their usage. A blank limit means no personal limit.
