Who handles your information
Ornaments (ornaments.am) is operated by Thomas Auger, who is responsible for how your personal information is used. Throughout this policy, “we” and “our” refer to Ornaments. For privacy requests, contact support@ornaments.am.
Age confirmation and safety records
We record your 18+ declaration date, accepted Terms version and access restrictions to enforce the adult-only service. Moderation decision records contain your account and generation identifiers, screening stage, decision, category labels, model and policy version, and date. We do not put names, image bytes or full provider responses in these moderation logs. Decision logs are normally deleted after 30 days. Consent and access-action records are retained as needed to operate the account and resolve disputes. Administrators can review account restrictions; contact support@ornaments.am to question a decision.
What we use and why
We use your sign-in identifier, email and profile name to manage your account; studio membership, invitations and usage records to manage shared credits; and names, selected references, artwork and generation records to create and store your work. Purchase identifiers and credit records let us confirm payments, handle refunds and prevent duplicate charges or credit grants. Support correspondence and technical logs help us resolve problems and protect the service.
Service providers
We use Vercel for hosting, Neon for accounts and database storage, Resend for sign-in email, and OpenAI to generate artwork. The submitted name, generation prompt and reference images are sent to OpenAI when you generate. Names, rendered references and generated images are also sent to OpenAI for automated safety screening. Google receives sign-in information if you choose Google sign-in. Polar processes checkout and payment details; our application does not store your full card number. These providers may process information outside your country under their own applicable terms and safeguards.
Studios and visibility
Studio owners and admins can see membership and spending information needed to manage the studio. Your personal artwork library and saved references are not shared with other studio members. Creating an artwork in the studio does not automatically publish it in the separate public gallery.
Cookies and analytics
Essential cookies maintain your sign-in session. The production site uses PostHog in the EU, through p.ornaments.am, to measure visits, devices, referring websites and Studio actions such as saving, creating, downloading and joining workshops. Analytics does not use cookies or browser storage, identify your account, record sessions, or collect entered names, emails, artwork, invitation tokens or URL query strings. Anonymous daily estimates cannot reliably measure returning people across days or devices. PostHog's managed proxy uses Cloudflare to forward requests. Authentication and checkout providers may use their own cookies. We use operational data to deliver the service and legitimate interests to maintain security and understand service usage, where that legal basis applies.
Retention and your choices
We retain account and artwork data to provide your account and library, and payment and security records as needed for accounting, disputes and abuse prevention. You can request access, correction or deletion, or ask about applicable objection and complaint rights, by emailing support@ornaments.am. We may need to verify your identity and retain records required by law. Please avoid submitting sensitive personal information in artwork names or references.
