About this service
Armenian Ornamental Art at ornaments.am is operated by Thomas Auger. The service lets you create AI-assisted ornamental artwork, save it to your account and download it. Contact support@ornaments.am for help.
Confirm your age
You must be 18 or older to use Ornaments. This includes studio members and workshop participants, even when invited by an adult organizer. Before using your account, confirm that you are 18 or older and accept these Terms. We record the confirmation date and Terms version, without asking for a birth date or identity document. This is an age declaration, not identity verification. Access may be restricted if we learn a user is underage.
Safety and acceptable use
Do not create sexual or exploitative content, threats, targeted abuse, hateful content, graphic violence, encouragement of self-harm, or material that violates another person’s rights. Do not use drawings or text to bypass safety checks. We screen generation inputs and outputs automatically. Checks can make mistakes or miss harmful material. Blocked results are not added to your artwork library; reserved credits are returned. If screening is unavailable, generation pauses. Repeated misuse may lead to generation suspension or restricted account access. Contact support@ornaments.am to report misuse, infringement or a mistaken restriction. Only submit reference material you own or have permission to use.
Your account and studio
Keep your sign-in details and invitation links secure. A studio shares a credit balance: invited members can spend it within their permissions and limits. The studio owner manages membership and purchases. Artwork remains private to its creator; joining a studio does not give access to other members’ artwork.
Credits and payments
Credit packs are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. Each pack expires one calendar year after payment; unused credits then become unavailable.
You can buy multiple packs, and the oldest purchased pack is used first. A new purchase does not extend other packs. The Credits page shows remaining balances, exact expiry dates and purchase history.
Failed generations return credits to their original pack with its original expiry; credits returned after expiry remain unavailable. One successful generation uses one credit. If generation fails, its reserved credit is returned.
Checkout shows the price and applicable tax treatment before payment. Polar is the merchant of record and authorized reseller for purchases made through Polar Checkout; its buyer terms apply to payment and refunds. Credits are for this service and are not cash. New package offers do not change the credits in an existing purchase.
Your artwork
As between you and Ornaments, you own the artwork you generate through your account. Ornaments does not claim ownership of it. To the extent permitted by law, we assign to you any rights we hold in that generated artwork.
You may download, use, print and share your artwork, subject to these Terms and other people’s rights. Using shared studio or workshop credits does not give the studio owner, organizer or other members ownership of your artwork. Existing ornament references and templates remain subject to their respective owners’ rights.
Using and reviewing artwork
Only submit names and reference material you are entitled to use. Do not use the service for unlawful, abusive or infringing content or to evade usage limits. AI output can contain spelling or visual errors and may resemble other output. Review the result before printing or sharing it. We do not guarantee that generated output is unique, accurate, eligible for copyright protection or free of third-party rights.
Availability and changes
Generation and storage limits apply. The service can be interrupted for maintenance, provider failures or misuse prevention. Download copies of artwork you want to keep. Contact us about access problems or unused paid credits. Changes to these terms will be published here; nothing here removes mandatory consumer rights.
